Many companies rely on O-D Tool & Cutter to have their medical tools ground to their precise tool print specifications. We take a customer-provided blank and alter it to meet their precise requirements. We have the capability of providing the cutting edge geometry for surgical drills, reamers and end mills. Helical or straight flute drill point angles and/or radii are provided to meet our customer’s needs with our 5-axis CNC cutter grinders. Trocar and Spade drill alterations are available as well. Magnet finishing is used to ensure a burr free component by removing micro burrs formed during the grinding process. This process is automated insuring consistent results, for all tools.
